Job description

Learners4Life (“L4L”) is a team of nurturing teachers and trainers passionate about early childhood education and enrichment. Currently, L4L manages 4 different enrichment brands namely, Ready Steady Go Kids Singapore (“RSGK”), PlayTime Theatre (“PTT”), JayJayJolly (“JJJ”) and Little Music Explorers (“LME”). As an organization, we believe that children can do more and reach their full potential with the right guidance and mentorship.

Our Music programme, Little Music Explorers (LME) is recruiting trainers who will be working closely with the supervisor to deliver the programme to clients. We are looking for trainers that can work at various locations across Singapore. Successful applicants will be contacted via phone call.

We are looking for passionate individuals who have the following qualities to join our team as “Junior / Senior Music Instructor”:

• Ability to commute to locations assigned either by company, HOD or supervisor.
• Responsible and dedicated to teaching early learners to help them grow musically.
• Ability to overcome challenges, independent, able to take initiative, dedicated in learning, creative, have a positive working attitude and great at improvisation for little ones group lessons.

Commitments:

• Full Time: Weekdays from 10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday).
• Report to Headquarters Office for administrative duties during no class scheduled (Tentatively Weekdays Morning).
• Conduct lessons using the Little Music Explorers programme at preschool centers (Tentatively Weekdays Afternoon).
• Commute to locations assigned either by company.

Requirements:

• Applicants will be required to do a SATA medical checkup before taking any classes.
• Fully Vaccinated.
• Professional certification in Music.
• Candidates with Kodaly or Early Childhood related teaching experience / certification will be added advantage.
