La Levain is a modern artisanal bakery in Singapore, known for our innovative pastries, cookies, and festive treats. We are expanding and seeking passionate bakers to join our growing team in both our shop and central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, bake, and finish breads, pastries, cookies, and seasonal items (e.g., mooncakes, CNY cookies).
  • Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Support production planning during peak festive seasons.
  • Work as part of a team to improve efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of baking experience in a bakery, hotel, or F&B environment.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
  • Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Team player, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
