Salary: SGD 2,600 – 3,000/month + Commission

What You’ll Do

You’ll support our Commercial Director and sales team to ensure partnerships, roadshows and orders run smoothly. Expect variety, ownership and plenty of real-world action.

Sales & Key Accounts Support
  • Follow up with key clients after deals are closed
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, office and logistics teams
  • Support with price lists, invoices, quotes and product presentations
  • Help prepare for business meetings and respond to customer queries
Partnerships & Roadshows
  • Attend and manage weekend roadshows (when scheduled)
  • Liaise with partners and vendors for sampling events
  • Coordinate small-scale campaigns and B2B partnerships
E-commerce Support (as needed)
  • Help pack online orders when production team is engaged
  • Analyse our platform-related sales
  • Optimise online marketing measures including ad placement and ad spend
  • Assist with feedback collation and order processing tasks
Other Responsibilities
  • General admin and tracking of documents related to sales
  • Ad-hoc duties to support sales and BD operations
Who You Are
  • A polytechnic diploma holder with up to 2 years of experience
  • Hungry to learn and eager to build a career in sales or business development
  • Excellent team player
  • Comfortable speaking to clients and partners
  • Independent, organised and responsive
  • Able to work some weekends (roadshows are occasional, not weekly)
  • Interested in wellness, health, fitness or nutrition is a big plus
