The ideal candidate has a diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organisational skills, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; candidates with relevant experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through call, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and sales enquiries.
• Prepare invoices and follow up with customers to facilitate payment and complete the purchase process.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in generating new sales opportunities and developing customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Attend exhibitions, events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
