Royal Organisation is seeking a Junior Sales Associate (Entry Level) to build a foundation in direct sales through face-to-face interactions and outdoor campaigns across brands and charitable causes.

You will initiate conversations, explain offerings, handle questions, and contribute to sales targets while receiving coaching to improve presentation and communication skills; travel opportunities when available.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• You will learn how to initiate conversations and clearly explain offerings.
• You will receive coaching to improve presentation and communication and advance based on results.
