Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Executive to combine the responsibilities of both sales execution and sales assistance. The role will involve customer development, sales support, quote preparation, site walks, and collaboration with the team. This position is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in sales and develop their career.

Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotes, and support sales activities.

Sales Administration:

Arrange meetings, manage sales documents, track sales progress, and update client records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Quote & Proposal Preparation:Prepare and submit accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

Product Knowledge & Market Research:Provide market analysis support and keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

Site Walks:Participate in client site walks to understand on-site needs, gather information, and provide accurate customer requirements and solutions for the sales team.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and support the daily operations of the team.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:0-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or administrative support.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
