Job description
  • Central Singapore - Shenton Way / Downtown / Tanjong Pagar MRT
  • 5 Days Work Per Week (Monday - Friday)
  • Basic Salary $2,400 - $3,150 + KPI Allowance $250 + Uncapped Commission
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree Preferred

Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.
Key focus areas include
  • Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
  • Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
  • Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.
The job Scope includes
  • Job placment and closure for candidates and clients to hit personal sales target and monthly KPI. [ Indoor Sales Role, Office Based ]
  • Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
  • Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom / MsTeam)
  • Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
