Job summary

A recruitment service provider in Singapore is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing, update drawings, and evaluate work progress. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and hold a Diploma with at least one year of relevant experience. • Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 + Variable Bonus + Staff Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electrical installation service

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing
• Take off quantity for tender and ongoing projects
• Updating and tracking of drawing to ensure timely information
• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main and subcontract works
• Assist to finalise project accounts
• Attend site meetings when required

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Possess Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience
