Qualifications

• 2-3 years of working experience in quantity surveying and bid/estimation process of building construction.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities and sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor contracts.
• Identify Value Engineering opportunities in design and quantify savings.
• Updating repository for historical data.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Working Hours

• 8am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
• 8am to 12noon (Alt Sat)
