Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Analyst to carry out operational inspections and laboratory tests. The role includes maintaining instruments used for testing and communicating quality issues. Candidates should have a Diploma in Food Science or related fields, with 1 year of experience preferred, though entry-level applicants are welcome. This position offers a five-day work week and a chance to grow in the food industry.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-operational and operational plant inspections
• Perform laboratory test such as microbiology lab micro test
• Prepare samples for external laboratory analysis
• Maintain working knowledge of all instruments used for routine and non-routine sample testing and troubleshooting.
• Communicate quality issues to the Analyst.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience in food/ beverage manufacturing environment or related environment
• Entry level are welcome to apply.
