RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Manager shall be a suitably qualified personnel with experience to interface with the different teams (eg. System Infrastructure team, Security Team and Others).
  • Be the POC to present at all Monthly progress meetings, he/she shall report the progress to the Authority.
  • Lead an engineering team to review, modify, design and implementation the new and existing system.
  • Lead the joint effort between the Authority’s appointed vendors and the engineering team for any troubleshooting failure/faults related to the network implementation on the existing system.
  • Highlight any technical or schedule risk regarding the project. He/she shall also present to the Authority mitigation measure with solutions to move the project forward to reduce the impact to the technical and schedule impact.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • IT System Management experience of various aspect
  • Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage.
  • Coordinate the contractors, customers and all the resources.
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Shall have at least three (3) years of ICT Project Management.
  • Familiar with Government policy and process
