A leading IT solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee project life cycles and collaborate closely with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in IT management and a diploma in an IT-related field. Responsibilities include preparing project documentation, supporting presales activities, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Job description

Location: One North

Salary: Up to $5000(Basic) + AWS + VB

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the full life cycle of IT projects
• Work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Handle logistics such as hardward shipment, cabling, on-site installation and software setup
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and closure summaries
• Support presales activities - develop proposals, conduct demosm and deliver technical presentations
• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure (e.g. cameras, routers, servers, firewalls) and analyze system data to optimize performance

Requirements

• Min 2 years exp in IT management or system deployment
• Exposure to presales activities such as proposal writing and client presentations
• Min Diploma in IT related field
