About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Construction Project Admin to help our construction team with documentation, purchasing support, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Documentation & Reporting
  • Collect, check, and file all Daily Site Logs from Site Supervisors.
  • Inform the Project Manager if any logs are missing or incomplete.
  • Organize all project photos and label them by date and location.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and share action items after meetings.
2. Financial & Procurement Support
  • Check Material Request Forms (MRFs) to ensure they are complete before sending to Procurement.
  • Help track invoices and delivery notes for the PO–DN–Invoice matching process.
  • Update and maintain the Rework Form log, ensuring all costs and details are recorded.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or administrative roles within the construction/interior design industry.
  • Knowledge of interior design concepts and construction processes is preferably.
  • Strong understanding of materials, workflow, and industry practices.
  • Solid problem-solving skills to support site-related challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
