Your Role on Our Journey

As aJuniorProduct Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products, including the mobile app, management backend, and operational systems.You willwork togetherwithinthe Group Technology team totranslate business requirements into well-designed, user-centricand implementable product solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Be responsible forthe full-process design of core products (mobile App, managementbackendand operation system), including user experience (UX), interface design (UI)and interaction design (IxD).
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform business requirements into implementable product solutions.
• Lead the construction and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products and a high-quality visual experience.
• Utilize AI tools tooptimizethe design process, enhance work efficiency, and achieve intelligentassistancein daily design work.
• Continuouslyoptimizethe product experience through user research, dataanalysisand prototype testing.
• Provide design solutions to support marketing activities, brandpromotionand user growth strategies.
• Pay attention to the trends in the mobile travel industry and put forward suggestions for innovative design and experience improvement.
