Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Producer at alice. You will support the production team in managing video projects from concept to delivery.

This role is designed for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive—with a focus on developing key skills in project coordination and management, client communication, and problem-solving. Under the guidance of the producer team, you will gain hands-on experience in production workflows, budgeting, and stakeholder management, preparing you to take on greater responsibilities over time.
