Michael Page is recruiting an early-career Legal Counsel for a Singapore investment and wealth advisory firm serving UHNW individuals, family offices and trusts across jurisdictions. Reporting to senior legal leadership, you will support wealth preservation, succession planning and governance documents, with reviews of fund and private-market investment docs.

This role offers exposure to cross-border structures, governance matters and strategic legal advisory work, collaborating with investment

Qualifications

Must be a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE in private practice or in-house.
Experience across private wealth, trusts and estates, investment funds, or corporate law is favorable.

Responsibilities

Support broad legal and structuring activities across private wealth and investment matters.
Review and draft estate planning, governance and wealth transfer documents.
Conduct legal reviews of private market and fund investment documents; assess risks.
Assist with direct investment transactions, due diligence and restructurings.
Coordinate with external counsel, tax advisers, trustees and consultants across jurisdictions.
Draft internal policies, governance documents and advisory memoranda.
Contribute to regulatory, governance and risk management initiatives.
