Teo Soon Seng Pte Ltd is looking for reliable Junior and Senior Picklers (Warehouse Order Pickers & Packers) to join our Warehouse team at Soon Lee Road. This role focuses on the accurate, fast, and secure picking and packing of food and beverage products, including canned goods, drinks, sauces, oil, rice, sugar, noodles, and spices, for daily deliveries.

2. Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve correct quantities of canned goods, drinks, sauces, oil, rice, sugar, noodles, and spices, based on order lists.
• Quality Check: Inspect goods for defects (e.g., dented cans, torn bags, leaking drinks) and verify expiry dates before packing.
• Smart Stacking: Pack items securely. Always place heavy items (bulk rice, sugar, canned drinks, sauces) at the bottom and fragile items (noodles, spices) on top to prevent damage.
• Housekeeping: Keep the picking zones clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulations.
• [Senior Tier Only] Leadership Duties: Guide junior picklers, manage zone assignments, and assist supervisors with inventory stock counts.

3. KPI Performance Metrics (Salary Impact)

Your monthly payout depends on meeting the following warehouse performance targets:

• Accuracy Rate: Zero or minimal picking errors (wrong items/wrong quantities).
• Speed & Output: Meeting the daily targeted volume of orders picked.
• Attendance: Punctuality and low rates of unplanned absenteeism.
• Stock Care: Proper handling of goods to minimize warehouse product damage.

4. Candidate Requirements

• Experience (Junior): No experience required. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience (Senior): Minimum 2 to 3 years in a food warehouse or fast-paced logistics environment.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items like crates of drinks and bulk sacks of rice/sugar.
• Skills: Basic English literacy to read product labels and pick lists accurately.
