Responsibilities
Network Support and Maintenance
- Serve as first- or second-level support to respond to and resolve clients’ daily network requests and incidents in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct regular network health checks and inspections with precision and complete all related technical documentation accurately.
- Assist in monitoring clients’ network performance, proactively report anomalies, and ensure network stability and availability.
Project Delivery and Implementation
- Under the guidance of senior engineers, assist in on-site implementation of client network projects, including basic configuration and testing.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility by ensuring implementation processes comply with standards and maintain detailed project documentation throughout.
Operations Collaboration and Learning
- Work closely with the team and demonstrate strong teamwork and resilience when handling critical incidents.
- Maintain a strong desire to learn, proactively master mainstream network technologies and operational processes, and prepare for relevant professional certifications.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience, or outstanding fresh graduates with strong learning ability and hands-on spirit.
- Possession of HCIA, CCNA, or equivalent network certification is preferred.
Technical Skills
Core Networking
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, and other core network principles.
- Basic configuration and troubleshooting skills for mainstream network devices (e.g., Huawei, Cisco).
Systems and Security Fundamentals (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux systems, including common commands.
- Awareness of fundamental network security concepts, including firewall policies and ACLs.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other standard IT operations frameworks is an advantage.
