Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment, support, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure Cloud and global office IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Support onboarding of new systems and handle general helpdesk issues.
• Document system setup, configuration,s and user guides.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT and network systems (knowledge of both IT and OT is a plus).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and support infrastructure setup, upgrades and migrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, Azure), firewalls (Checkpoint, FortiGate), and network devices (Cisco, Aruba) is an advantage.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP or Distributed Cloud is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Network certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
