Role Highlights
  • Review company contracts and translate complicated legal jargon into language which stakeholders can understand.
  • Monitor commercial contracts, and agreements. Ensure that all the company agreements are valid and renew legal contracts before they lapse.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all legal documents.
  • Ensure that all legal formalities such as maintenance of assets, lease agreements and other such obligations are fulfilled on time.
  • Keep track of the latest amendments in regulations.
Profile and Experience
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or the in‑house legal department of a multinational company performing similar duties.
  • Possess good knowledge of Singapore’s laws, rules and regulations.
  • Meticulous
