  • Position Title: Junior Key Account Manager (Sales)
  • Working Location: Queenstown
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,500 - $5,500 per month
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Existing Markets:
  • Drive and expand sales development across a portfolio of countries to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing and Medical teams to boost product knowledge in each market.
  • Train local partner marketing teams and salesforces, building effective relationships with key prescribers.
  • Organize local and overseas events to support product awareness and scientific engagement.
  • Monitor, implement, and report on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage annual budgets and sales forecasts for assigned territories.
  • Expanding Markets:
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential affiliate partners for product distribution.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations, formalizing distribution agreements across regions.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs team to secure product listings for flagship products in additional markets.
  • Training & Development:
  • Participate in structured training on company procedures, tools, and clinical/scientific data.
  • Demonstrate personal initiative and rapid learning to drive product development and medical information dissemination.
  • Engage with affiliates, salesforces, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
