Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end system maintenance, enhancement and optimisation of our existing systems portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, implementing improvements and managing change while minimising disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • a) Identify, assess and manage project change management and project implementation risks;
  • b) Adopt appropriate project management methodology and tools for the project implementation and/or maintenance;
  • c) Manage and monitor project schedule, scope and budgets, and take corrective actions when needed;
  • d) Manage and maintain regular stakeholder communications and updates;
  • e) Identify and communicate impact of system changes to internal stakeholders and users;
  • f) Ensure work processes and systems are designed to comply with MAS’ policies, as well as relevant ICT Governance policies and standards;
  • g) Coordinate audit reviews and other IT security tests;
Technical Operations and User Support
  • h) Understand system functionality and the operation of technical components, and how it pertains to business processes;
  • i) Investigate and respond to user queries in a timely manner;
  • j) Review and troubleshoot system functionality issues, and coordinate incident report where applicable;
  • k) Work with Solutions Architects and vendors to propose appropriate solutions;
Quality Assurance and Testing
  • l) Assess and provide feedback on testing scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage;
  • m) Review test environments, criteria and specifications for effective conduct of various tests;
  • n) Conduct functional testing and accept enhancements and other development work assigned to the vendors;
  • o) Analyse test results and identify gaps and areas of improvement;
Vendor and Contract Management
  • p) Manage vendor relationship, including adherence to contractual obligations and deliverables;
  • q) Develop specifications or request for quotation (RFQ) for system enhancements;
  • r) Evaluate vendor’s RFQ proposals.
