Job Responsibilities:
- Able to provide support to end‑users on‑site/remotely on devices such as computers & mobile phones, office devices (printers, AV equipment), and other peripherals.
- Experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting such as computers and mobile phones.
- Basic understanding of the network structure but not limited to troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Windows & Google Workspace.
- Keep track of company assets and update IT documents as and when needed.
- Able to complete and assist with team tasks in a timely manner.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of IT support or relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with IT support tools & remote troubleshooting is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills to assist users with IT‑related issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and keep up with emerging technologies.
- Willingness to provide on‑site and remote IT support as needed.
- Able to work on ad‑hoc IT projects and system upgrades.
