Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to provide support to end‑users on‑site/remotely on devices such as computers & mobile phones, office devices (printers, AV equipment), and other peripherals.
  • Experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting such as computers and mobile phones.
  • Basic understanding of the network structure but not limited to troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Windows & Google Workspace.
  • Keep track of company assets and update IT documents as and when needed.
  • Able to complete and assist with team tasks in a timely manner.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of IT support or relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience with IT support tools & remote troubleshooting is a plus.
