Job description

We are seeking a Junior Infra Business Analyst / PMO to support a government agency at Depot Road, Singapore.

This is a 12-month contract (renewable) under NTT Data payroll.

This role requires strong governance, documentation, Excel/PowerPoint, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to work onsite at Depot Road.

Join a large-scale government IT project and gain hands-on experience in process governance and system documentation.

You’ll assist in managing approval workflows, updating IT system records, and supporting audit/compliance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT / system analysis.
• Strong skills in Excel (data handling) and PowerPoint (presentations).
• Good knowledge of IT ecosystems (infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Singaporean only — must be eligible for CAT 2A Security Clearance.

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (large data handling) & PowerPoint (presentations).
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
