Job summary

A well-established landscape company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role in horticulture. The position involves assisting in planting, caring for various plants, and supporting nursery operations. A diploma in horticulture or landscape architecture is required, but no prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Candidates should be proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic environment. The salary range is between $2000 and $2500, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8 am to 12 pm (Saturday).

Job Scope

• Assist in the planting, cultivation, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
• Conduct watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest and disease control, and general plant care.
• Help with landscape design implementation and upkeep of gardens or green areas.
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to senior horticulturists or supervisors.
• Support nursery operations — propagation, potting, soil mixing, and plant tagging.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and equipment used.
• Keep simple records of plant growth, maintenance activities, and material usage.

Requirement

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• No experience is required as training provided.
