Overview

You’ll be part of a growing creative team that designs and delivers visuals across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone early in their creative journey who’s eager to grow, experiment, and sharpen their design craft while contributing to projects that blend creativity, technology, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually engaging designs and marketing collaterals that align with project briefs and brand goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design cohesiveness across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and layouts for campaigns, social media, event materials, and digital experiences.
  • Translate ideas into compelling visual narratives — from static graphics to motion or interactive pieces.
  • Support campaign rollouts by preparing assets for web, email, and social channels.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all design outputs meet creative and technical standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and creative ideas.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your craft.
What You’ll Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (internships or agency exposure a plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of composition and typography.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Figma or motion design tools (e.g. After Effects) is a bonus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate ideas into clean, effective visuals.
  • Good time management and organizational skills — able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
