Job description

Overview: From blockbuster IP exhibitions to mind-bending immersive spaces, we bring stories to life where people can walk into them, touch them, and be part of them.
Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s just as comfortable crafting a slick key visual as they are seeing it blown up to the size of a building. If you get excited about turning concepts into physical experiences — and you love seeing your work literally come to life — we want you.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Spatial Design
  • Develop key visuals, branding systems, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and IP events.
  • Design marketing and communication materials for digital, print, and large-format applications.
  • Adapt 2D graphics into spatial contexts such as murals, wayfinding, exhibition graphics, and scenic backdrops.
  • Create artist impressions, concept mock-ups, and ideation visuals to help communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create pitch decks including creative experience designs, concepts/mood boards, illustrations, mock-ups, and when required floor plans.
Final Artwork & Print Management
  • Take ownership of preparing and delivering all final artworks for production.
  • Knowledge of material finishes, print processes, and fabrication methods.
  • Ensure accuracy in sizing, bleed, resolution, and specifications.
  • Manage print production, working directly with vendors, fabricators, and printers to maintain design fidelity.
  • Work with production teams, installers, and project managers to troubleshoot and resolve any creative discrepancies on-site.
  • Attend site builds to oversee installation, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure all artwork is accurate.
  • Conduct final checks on colour, placement, and finish.
Creative Collaboration
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitch decks.
  • Create mock-ups, renders, and visual presentations for client approvals.
  • To articulate and present ideas properly to clients and internal team.
  • Work closely with the creative lead and project managers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and attend event installations.
Preferred Attributes
  • Min. 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to exhibitions, events, or environmental graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic, and examples of spatial/environmental design applications.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); bonus if skilled in After Effects, Figma, or 3D software.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print, large-format, and on-site installations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and deadline management.
  • Can read and work with floor plans to visualise how graphics live in a space.
  • Passion for immersive storytelling and visual experiences.
