Job Descriptions
- Manage a full spectrum of account duties, including recording and posting of transactions in the appropriate accounts, process accounts payables/receivables (AP/AR), depreciation, cost, and operating expenses.
- Staff claim vetting/processing, monthly CPF filling and quarterly GST Filling and other reporting required on an ad hoc basis
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Maintain / improve a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist Finance Manager in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
- Responsible for bookkeeping and smooth operation of AR and AP.
- Produce accurate financial statements and reports as requested by Finance Manager to specific deadlines.
- Review financial statements with management personnel.
- Assist with frontline finance emergency issues to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain methods for the above scope
