A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Junior Executive, Admin cum Receptionist to provide administrative support to the logistics department, coordinate material movement, and manage inventory records. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics department.
Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax and insurance renewal.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections when required.
Cover receptionist duty as and when deemed necessary.
