About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineering Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and providing engineering-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and sales managers to support business development activities across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets.

  • Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to propose suitable solutions.

  • Prepare basic quotations, sales documents, and follow-up reports.

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business.

  • Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing activities as required.

  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and update CRM systems.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).

  • 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome.

  • Basic understanding of electronics/embedded systems/robotics is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently.

  • Willing to travel within the region when required.

  • Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus for speaking with China-based engineering partners and suppliers.
