A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Engineering Sales Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting technical discussions, and maintaining client relationships. We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineering Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and providing engineering-driven solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and sales managers to support business development activities across Southeast Asia.
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities within target markets.
Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare basic quotations, sales documents, and follow-up reports.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and support repeat business.
Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and marketing activities as required.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and update CRM systems.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome.
Basic understanding of electronics/embedded systems/robotics is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the region when required.
Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus for speaking with China-based engineering partners and suppliers.
