Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level IT Support professional to handle Level 1 helpdesk tasks and end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, and assist with Windows and basic macOS issues, plus Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook and Teams. Log and update tickets accurately, escalate complex issues to L2, and contribute to asset inventory.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years IT support experience.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/part-time IT support welcome.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and eager to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced support environment.
• Nice to have: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
