About our company:

SMTP Consult Pte Ltd is a family office concierge service firm that caters to our client’s needs as they immigrate to Singapore. Our goal is to assist our clients with their relocation needs as they settle in Singapore and provide bespoke services based on their specific requirements. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Education Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Perform general office duties, including responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in meetings with prospective students and their families to gain a comprehensive understanding of their educational requirements and objectives.
  • Evaluate students' academic aptitudes and interests to provide tailored recommendations for suitable international schools.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update student records, including enrollment, attendance, and grades.
  • Ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Training Provided.
  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Good command of both Mandarin and English in order to deal with Chinese speaking and English Speaking counterparts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Attention to detail, with time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience of working at an international school is considered advantageous.
