As a Junior Desktop Engineer at BusinessIT Pte Ltd, you will be an essential part of the IT support team, helping to ensure reliable and effective technical support for our users. This role is ideal for individuals starting their IT career and looking to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic support environment. Your daily tasks will include:
Your day as a Junior Desktop Engineer begins with checking open tickets and preparing your task list under the guidance of the team lead. You may help set up new laptops for incoming staff, assist a user with a slow PC or troubleshoot a printer not connecting to the network. You’ll learn on the job by shadowing experienced engineers, escalated complex tasks and gradually taking on more responsibility. By the end of the day, you’ll have logged your tasks, learned something new and contributed to the team’s support goals.

We operate on a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM schedule, with minimal after‑hours work. However, there may be occasional ad‑hoc requests to support urgent user needs.
