Responsibilities
- Provide policy management, log extraction assistance, and backup policy execution for CyberArk, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Menlo Security.
- Perform user and application on-boarding activities within CyberArk.
- Manage exclusion agent life-cycle for Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Handle and respond to enquiries on Change Requests and Service Requests.
- Receive Change Request (CR) forms, open CR tickets in the Change Management System, and track progress until completion.
- Execute approved configuration changes, including performing pre/post-change configuration backups or daily backups as required.
- Plan and perform complex configuration changes while ensuring compliance with approved requests.
- Create and update device technical documentation to support system changes and configurations.
- Handle minor software upgrades, patches, and vulnerability fixes as released by vendors.
- Assist in incident handling, including joint troubleshooting with vendors and clients, applicable to both remote and onsite support.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in security solutions administration, implementation, or support (experience with CyberArk, Microsoft Defender suite, or Menlo Security will be advantageous).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of backup policies, change management, and security patching processes.
- Team player with good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates with no relevant experience will not be considered.
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
