We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Junior Graphic Designer to support the team in our visual & branding needs. The ideal Doll will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects. You will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Layout: Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as social media visuals, brochures, POSMs and packaging.
  Develop compelling layouts for websites and social media graphics.
  Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Graphic Production: Prepare files for print and digital production.
  Collaborate with printers and developers to ensure accurate and high‑quality output.
• Concept Development: Contribute to the creative development process by generating design ideas and concepts.
  Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
• Research and Trends: Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and industry best practices.
  Conduct research to identify target audiences and their preferences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields
• Possess a strong comprehension of brand's identity, products and target audience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
