• 1–3 years of experience in global/regional creative agencies.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating how to solve people/clients problems.
• Awards – as student and/or as professional.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Great communicator and collaborator.
• Passion for creativity and working with multi-awarded creatives.

Responsibilities

• Interpret communication strategies through creative briefs and develop innovative ideas with Art Directors.
• Oversee creative output across social, content, film, and PR; aim for earned creativity.
• Handle textual content for productions based on the creative plan.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality output.
• Drive earned creativity solutions across social and integrated briefs.
• Provide leadership in the creative and production process to ensure best-in-class delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain smooth progress.
• Stay curious about emerging media and technology to keep ideas current.
• Support recognition at local and international awards and contribute to new/existing business growth.
