Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Model Engineering team.

This hands-on role focuses on developing computer vision models, training and evaluating them across tasks such as classification, detection, segmentation and pose estimation. You will work with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, building end-to-end pipelines and optimizing latency and throughput for real-world AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of hands-on project experience.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning and evaluating computer vision models.
• Experience with at least one of: classification, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation or action recognition.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• Python experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve computer vision models across training, evaluation and deployment.
• Train, fine-tune and benchmark models to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with model engineering and software teams to integrate models.
• Analyze model performance and latency considerations for real-world applications.
• Explore different architectures and training strategies.
