Job summary

Zenith Learning Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior College General Paper Tutor to deliver engaging General Paper instruction tailored to JC-level students. You will develop and deliver lesson materials, and play a key role in running weekly group classes across our JC GP program.

You will handle student consultations, assist with registrations, and coordinate make-up sessions, while actively participating in meetings and outreach events to support the centre’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience at junior college level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the A Level General Paper syllabus.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials and resources for JC GP to support effective teaching delivery.
• Plan and conduct weekly group classes with engaging and impactful instruction.
• Manage academic queries, assist with student registrations, and coordinate make-up classes for continuity.
• Conduct student consultations outside class time to address questions and enhance understanding.
• Participate in team and department meetings, contributing ideas and feedback.
• Organise events like open houses and crash courses for lead conversion and outreach.

Requirements

• Graduated with a degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience at the junior college level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the A Level General Paper syllabus.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational materials.
• Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between centres for classes and meetings, as required.
• Available to teach on weekdays and weekends.
