Job Highlights
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Salary: up to $4,000/month
  • Location: 60 Airport Boulevard, Singapore 819643 (Changi Airport)
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Assist in designing, deploying, and configuring cloud environments (VMs, containers, serverless platforms).
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues (networking, security, access controls).

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with development teams for seamless integration of cloud-based applications.
  • Support project solution designs aligned with IT policies and technical requirements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations and SLA compliance.

Support & Advisory

  • Provide guidance on cloud best practices and usage.
  • Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and assess their impact.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain IT architecture artefacts and cloud configuration documentation.
  • Prepare reports and communicate directly with the Officer-In-Charge.
Who We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts: IaC, serverless, containerization, microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are an advantage.
