Location: Raffles Place / Orchard (assigned, not by choice)
Contract: 6–12 Months
Salary: $3,500 – $6,300/month
HIGH conversion chance once CACS Papers 1 & 2 are completed!
Working Hours
Mon–Thurs: 9AM – 6:30PM
Fri: 9AM – 5:30PM (1hr lunch break)
Job Scope
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing client accounts through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support.
- Attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions. Activities include keying in of Post Executed Trades (PET), account onboarding and static maintenance, asset transfers, deposit, and loan processing.
- Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided.
- Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards and escalates service issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in banking & finance/ business / related field
- Preferably min 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
- Meticulous, strong attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
- CACS Certification (Paper 1 & Paper 2) will be an advantage
