We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team to advance digital transformation projects!

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints.
• Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
• Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
• Provide user support for website navigation, content discovery, and issue resolution through helpdesk or self-service channels.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor application performance using modern analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Sitefinity Analytics) and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and CMS platforms is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in application consulting, web development, or programming (HTML, CSS, .Net, Javascript) is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
