Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months internship or up to 1 year full-time experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, UAT, and system enhancement processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements gathering, process documentation, and business analysis.
• Coordinate system testing (UAT/SIT) and track issues to closure.
• Provide system and user support to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
