ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Support the design and development of solutions, contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss solutions.

Top 3 MUST have skills:

• Independent and detail-oriented with the BA tasks assigned - able to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify solutions to business problems, piecing together requirements to provide holistic solution
• Able to comprehend technical requirements, understanding requirements at code level as well as perform basic debugging. Basic understanding of Java, Javascript, SQL, AWS Cloud
• Effective/confident communication, ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication

Good to have skills (Optional)

• Understanding of Kafka and event driven architecture
• Experienced in legacy system migration and/or been main PIC for CRs
• Drove client-facing workshops
• Ability to analyse and break down complex problems.
• Formulate solution/response using information gathered.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to write clear and concise technical and functional documentation.
• Basic understanding on SDLC
