Overview

Junior Barista (Full-Time) – Location: Kyo Kohee, Labrador/Shenton Way/ Robinson Road. Employment Type: Full-Time (Rotating shifts - weekdays, weekends & public holidays). Eligibility: Singaporeans and PRs only. Salary Range: $2,200 - $2,800. Rotating Shifts Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm; 10:00am – 3:30pm; 12:30pm – 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 5-6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or busy café operations, training provided
• Willing to learn in espresso calibration, matcha preparation, and equipment care
• Able to work well under pressure in a high-volume café environment
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team player mentality
• Comfortable communicating in English with customers and teammates
• Passionate about coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences

• Stay on top of inventory—restocking and checking dates to keep things fresh
• Work closely with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly, especially during the rush
