Responsibilities
- Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls and walk-ins, IG DMs, with smooth and seamless pre and post-sales service.
- Packing and checking all cakes against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message piping, candles, etc.
- Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery.
- Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues.
- Arranging delivery routes to drivers.
- Stock take and inventory.
- Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders.
- Preparation and submission of daily and monthly reports.
