Job summary

Splash Productions Pte Ltd is a leading integrated creative agency in Singapore seeking an experienced designer/art director to drive end-to-end comms from publication design and brand identities to social content and integrated campaigns.

You will work with the Creative Director and project managers to deliver high-quality, imaginative design work, manage production processes, and respond strategically to briefs, ensuring creative integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an advertising or design communications agency.
• Strong portfolio showing concept-driven, art-led campaigns and/or graphic design work (publication design, brand identity, social content, BTLs).
• Experience with government/public service campaigns is an advantage.
• Pro‑active team player who can work well with clients, stakeholders and team.
• Relevant degree is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive and advance art direction, visual narratives, and design for graphic design work as well as integrated, through-the-line campaigns
• Work independently to develop and deliver high quality, hardworking design work
• Research, interpret and respond strategically to briefs
• Work closely with the Creative Director, creatives and project managers to deliver strong design concepts and comms output that are both effective and creative
• Execute and manage production process (photo shoots, video shoots, print production, FA checks etc) to ensure quality and creative integrity
