About the Job

We are looking for a versatile Junior Art Director/Art Director who can think conceptually, execute with craft, and take ownership of visual work across brands. You will be hands-on with design, contribute to campaign ideation, and help guide another designer. The role also involves supporting video and content shoots: from pre-production deck preparation to on-site creative direction, as well as occasional client communication.

You will be joining a small but ambitious creative team where every idea counts. The role offers autonomy, creative breadth and the chance to shape both the work and the team culture as we grow.

We are also exploring how AI can support creativity: you will have space to test, learn, and build smarter ways of working.

This is a great fit for someone who is a creative generalist: confident with design, grounded in common sense, and enjoys making things happen from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Help lead and execute design work across campaigns, social content, and branding projects
  • Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling in collaboration with the team
  • Guide and review the work of designer; provide feedback and direction when needed
  • Work with account teams to bring ideas to life that meet both creative and business goals
  • Join client meetings or calls when creative input or presentation is needed
  • Maintain design standards, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Prepare pre-production decks for video or photo shoots and help with coordination during shoots
About You
  • 5-8 years of design experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with a solid portfolio covering social, digital, and brand work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, AI knowledge, After Effects or Premiere a plus.
  • Good communicator, able to present ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with shoot preparation and on-site creative coordination preferred.
  • Flexible, practical, and solutions-driven with a collaborative attitude.
  • Brings a balance of creative ambition and grounded common sense.
  • Curious about AI tools and creative tech: open to experimenting with new ways to improve design or workflow.
