Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes.
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and advise clients on contracts for projects.
• Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Assist in administering contracts and project certifications.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approval.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for architectural solutions.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site visits and manage client relationships.
• Present design proposals to stakeholders.
