Company Overview

Speyside Healthcare Practice is an international corporate affairs and public policy consultancy working with multinational healthcare companies and organisations across the world. Our team combines on‑the‑ground healthcare experts (medical professionals, policymakers, patient advocates, and healthcare journalists) and experienced market access and government relations professionals to help companies and organisations ethically, transparently and effectively engage in policy‑shaping, education and awareness, and market access. Over the years we have supported all of the current top ten global pharma companies with focused strategy and outreach among governments, HCPs and PAGs, trade associations, international organisations and media, in emerging markets worldwide.

Summary of the role

We are seeking an Analyst with a genuine passion for healthcare and strong curiosity about how policy, economics and markets shape the sector. This role sits within our Healthcare Practice Advisory, headquartered in Singapore and serving clients across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support research, analysis and insights across healthcare policy, market access, health systems and sector trends.
  • Contribute to economic and financial modelling, including cost–benefit assessments, pricing/HTA inputs and market sizing.
  • Assist in developing client‑ready deliverables—presentations, reports, policy briefs, and dashboards.
  • Track regulatory, reimbursement and health‑policy developments across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with senior team members to support BD, stakeholder mapping and project coordination.
  • Deliver on client work programmes within the agreed scope, planning workstreams and deliverables over the course of the project.
  • Proactive problem solving and opportunity spotting, working with senior colleagues to mitigate issues before they arise and to grow client relationships into new programmes.
What We’re Looking For
  • A university degree in any healthcare discipline, public policy, business‑related field with a strong background in economics or quantitative skills.
  • 1‑2 years’ professional experience in commercial consulting and/ or public policy. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in healthcare (internships and coursework included).
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in healthcare, public health, health economics, life sciences or related fields.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and economic modelling (coursework or internships in economics, statistics or data analysis a plus).
  • Strong research, writing and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work across fast‑moving international portfolios.
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative to solve problems and identify new project and client opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • This role will be remote with potential travel across the region required, and we welcome applications from any APAC market.
