Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is looking for a motivated Junior AI Resource based in Singapore to support the day-to-day operations of the AI Champions Programme and A.R.C initiatives. You will work directly with the Data & AI Lead and gain exposure to enterprise AI tools, programme management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding and training sessions, tracking use cases, and drafting communications. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft 365, and have a genuine interest in AI technology.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with data tracking, formatting, and basic analysis.

Responsibilities

SharkNinja APAC's A.R.C (AI Revolution Centre) team is on a mission to drive high-impact AI adoption across the region. The AI Champions Programme — our flagship initiative- champions across ANZ, Singapore/Malaysia, SEA, South Korea, Japan, and India, and manages a growing portfolio of real-world AI use cases spanning Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and more.

We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Resource based in Singapore to support the day-to-day operations of the AI Champions Programme and broader A.R.C initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will work directly with the Data & AI Lead and gain deep exposure to enterprise AI tools, programme management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

AI Programme Support

• Assist in coordinating AI Champions onboarding, training sessions, and engagement activities across APAC markets
• Maintain and update the AI Champions user register, tracking active usage of Claude Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise Plus
• Support the management of community infrastructure — Teams groups, distribution lists, discussion forums, and the APAC AI & Data Platform intranet site
• Help organise and prepare materials for regular AI Champion sessions, newsletters, and communications

Use Case Tracking & Analysis

• Monitor and update the use case submission tracker (across 9 departments and 6 APAC markets)
• Support prioritisation and basic analysis of submitted AI use cases
• Prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership reviews and stakeholder presentations

Content & Presentation Development

• Assist in building PowerPoint presentations and reports for IT Steering, leadership, and programme audiences
• Draft internal communications including champion newsletters, onboarding emails, and programme updates
• Maintain SharePoint content and ensure the AI & Data Platform intranet stays current

Tool Administration & Reporting

• Assist with Claude API usage monitoring and basic consumption reporting
• Support licence management activities for Claude Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise Plus
• Compile and format programme metrics for monthly and quarterly reviews

Requirements

Essential

• 0–2 years of experience in a business, data, operations, or technology role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 — Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
• Genuine interest in AI tools and enterprise technology
• Comfortable working with data (tracking, formatting, basic analysis)

Desirable

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar
• Familiarity with prompt engineering basics
• Experience supporting a programme, project, or operations function
• Exposure to use case development or process improvement
• Prior internship or work experience in a multinational or APAC‑regional context
